DAY1- GUWAHATI- SHILLONG.

Arrive at Guwahati airport/ railway station. Meet our representative and depart from  Guwahati, to Shillong. Enroute, visit UMIAM LAKE(Barapani). Enjoy the view  and try some water sports. Early evening check-in at the hotel in Shillong. Later explore the famous Police Bazar and try some local cuisine for dinner. Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.

DAY2- SHILLONG CITY SIGHTSEEING.

Morning after breakfast visit Elephant Falls, a beautiful waterfall in Shillong City. Visit Shillong Peak for a panoramic view of the city. Visit Don Bosco Museum and gather some knowledge about the local culture and heritage of the region. Visit Wards Lake, locally known as Pollock Lake or Nan Polok. It is an artificial lake located at the center of the capital city. Evening return back to the hotel. Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.

DAY3- SHILLONG-DAWKI-MAWLYNNONG-CHERRAPUNJEE.

Today after early morning breakfast, depart to Dawki, Indo-Bangladesh border and witness the border area. Enjoy boating in the Dawki or The Umngot River, which is one of the cleanest rivers in India. Later visit the Mawlynnong Village which is the cleanest village in Asia. Stroll around the village and interact with the local villagers, buy some locally made handicrafts and bamboo items. Later depart from Mawlynnong to Cherrapunjee. Evening, reach Cherrapunjee, check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.

DAY4- EXPLORE CHERRAPUNJEE.

Today early morning after breakfast, visit, the breathtaking Nohkalikai Waterfall, which is one of the tallest plunge waterfalls in India. Visit the Seven- Sisters Waterfall, Mawsmai Cave known for its Stalactites and Stalagmites. Later visit to Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongrait Village. To reach the living root bridge one has to take 3200 stepsteps downward. Optional if time permits visit Rainbow Fall. Evening return back to the hotel. Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.

DAY5- CHERRAPUNJEE- GUWAHATI

Today after breakfast depart from Cherrapunjee towards Guwahati. Enroute visit Awrah Caves on the way. Afternoon reach Guwahati. After check-in at the hotel, take a short tour of  Guwahati City. Visit Srimanta Sankardev Kalashetra, Assam Film Museum, Brahmaputra Heritage Center etc. Later in the evening go for a river cruise on the waters of the Mighty Brahmaputra River. Overnight stay and relax in the hotel.

DAY6- GUWAHATI- AIRPORT/RAILWAY STATION( END OF TOUR).

Today is the last day of the tour. If your flight or train is scheduled in the evening then a short visit to MAA KAMAKHYA, BALAJI TEMPLE, BASISTHA ASHRAM is possible. Or else our representative will drop you to the airport or railway station as per your timings. Here the MESMERIZING MEGHALAYA TOUR ends and you go back with lots of memories in your heart and mind.

Before 30 Days from Tour Start Date - Full Refund

30 - 21 Days from Tour Start Date - 75% refund

21- 14 Days from Tour Start Date - 50% refund

14- 7 from Tour Start Date - Days 25% refund

Within 7 days from Tour Start Date - No Refund

Payment Terms

50% of the total Tour Cost within 3 Days after Confirmation.

50% of the total Tour Cost 7 Days before the Tour Starts.

Child Policy

Child below 5 yrs complimentary | Child 5 -12 yrs with or without extra bed rates as per hotel policy | Child above 12 Years is considered as adult |

Notes on Transportation Used in Our Package.

Vehicles used are exclusively at the disposal of the guest for the entire tour for 12 Hours every day | There is no change in the vehicle during the entire tour | Our drivers are very well trained with the entire region and would ensure that they take the guest to all the places mentioned in the itinerary | Maximum guests allowed in Innova is 6 including children above 4 years. If the no of guest is more than 6 then they will have to take 1 more vehicle at an extra cost | If there are 5 or more guests then they are advised to travel with very minimum baggage In case if the number of baggage is more than normal then the guest will have to take 1 more vehicle at an extra cost |

Important Information about the Package.

We allot exclusive tour coordinator for the entire tour. The Guest may contact him / her over phone at any time in case of any emergency, changes in itinerary or any inconvenience which may have happened on account of hotels or transportation | In case the guest requires a tour guide please let us know in advance. The same can be arranged at an extra cost | Package can be extended on Pro-Rata basis | All our packages are inclusive of Breakfast | There will be no refund for any unutilized services |
