DAY1- GUWAHATI- NAMERI NATIONAL PARK/ BHALUKPONG.

Amazing Tawang Tour starts from Guwahati airport/railway station. Reach Guwahati BY 10AM. Meet our representative. By 11AM start the journey to Nameri National Park/ Bhalukpong. Evening after reaching Nameri/Bhalukpong check-in to the hotel. Overnight stay and relax in the hotel.

DAY2- NAMERI/BHALUKPONG- DIRANG.

Today after having breakfast start journey to Dirang. Enroute visit the Tipi Orchid Research Center, where you can see different species of orchids found in the region. On the way enjoy the scenic landscapes of the mystic foothills of the Himalayan ranges. Evening after reaching Dirang town check-in to the hotel.Later if interested can stroll around the local market. Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.

DAY3- DIRANG- TAWANG.

Today wake up early and after breakfast give a short visit to Dirang Monastery and after that start the journey towards Tawang. Stop at Mighty Sela Pass which is at 13,700ft above the sea level. Visit Sela Lake near by. Enroute visit Jashwant Garh War Memorial, which was built in memory of Rifleman Jashwant Singh Rawat, who alone fought and stopped the Chinese soldiers for 72 hours.. Evening after reaching Tawang, check-in to the hotel. Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.

DAY4- TAWANG LOCAL SIGHTSEEING.

After breakfast, today go for Tawang city sightseeing. Visit the famous and beautiful Tawang Monastery. This monastery is the largest monastery in India and the second largest in the world. It is also the birth place of 6th Dalai Lama. A 28ft. tall golden Buddha statue can be seen in the northern part of the monastery. After spending some peaceful time in the monastery, move towards the Tawang War Memorial. This is a historic site located in Tawang. This war memorial was built in the memory of the Indian soldiers who lost their lives in 1962 Indo- Sino war between India and China. Visit the local market area and can try the local and traditional food for lunch. Later in the evening come back to the war memorial again, to see the light and sound show that depicts the events of the 1962 war, organized by the Indian Army every evening. Overnight stay and relax in the hotel.

DAY5- TAWANG- BUMLA- SANGETSER/MADHURI LAKE-TAWANG.

After breakfast, today, going, to visit Bumla Pass, which is the highest pass in Tawang. Bumla Pass is at an altitude of 15,200ft.  above the sea level. This pass shares its area with China. To visit  this pass a special permit is required from the Deputy Commissioner of Tawang District, which our representative has already done for you yesterday. After Bumla Pass, visit the beautiful Sangetsar Lake. The view of this lake is very scenic and eye soothing. The landscapes around the lake are very beautiful and picturesque. There is a cafe run by the Indian Army. On returning back to Tawang, visit another lake called  PTSO lake. Before evening, reach hotel. Later, if interested, visit the local market places. Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.

DAY6- TAWANG- BOMDILA.

This morning, after breakfast, start the return journey to Guwahati. En-route visit the mighty Jung Waterfall , which is also known as the Nura-Nang Waterfall. This waterfall is one of the huge and tallest waterfalls  in India. Quite often a Rainbow  can be spotted  below the waterfall.After spending some time here,  start driving to Bomdila. As Sela Pass is already visited, today drive via.  Sela Tunnel, which has been constructed newly, and is officially recognised as the highest tunnel in India. After reaching Bomdila, check-in to the hotel. Later in the evening, visit the Bomdila Monastery. Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.

DAY7- BOMDILA- GUWAHATI.

After breakfast start journey to Guwahati. Today, will travel by another route via Shergaon and Kalaktang. This route is very scenic and has less traffic. Evening after reaching  Guwahati, check-in to the hotel. Optional, if interested, can go for a Dinner Cruise on our river cruise ship, ALFRESCO GRAND, which sails on the waters of the mighty Brahmaputra river. The payment will be extra, which is not included within the tour package. Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.

DAY8- GUWAHATI- AIRPORT/RAILWAY STATION DROP.

Today the Amazing Tawang tour comes to an end. If your flight/train is scheduled in the evening then you can visit the Kamakhya Temple and some nearby places around Guwahati or else our representative will drop you at the airport or railway station as per your flight/train timing. With a heavy heart and lots of memories you are ending a wonderful journey, which you will remember for life time.

30 - 21 Days from Tour Start Date - 75% refund

21- 14 Days from Tour Start Date - 50% refund

14- 7 from Tour Start Date - Days 25% refund

Within 7 days from Tour Start Date - No Refund

Payment Terms

50% of the total Tour Cost within 3 Days after Confirmation.

50% of the total Tour Cost 7 Days before the Tour Starts.

Child Policy

Child below 5 yrs complimentary | Child 5 -12 yrs with or without extra bed rates as per hotel policy | Child above 12 Years is considered as adult |

Notes on Transportation Used in Our Package.

Vehicles used are exclusively at the disposal of the guest for the entire tour for 12 Hours every day | There is no change in the vehicle during the entire tour | Our drivers are very well trained with the entire region and would ensure that they take the guest to all the places mentioned in the itinerary | Maximum guests allowed in Innova is 6 including children above 4 years. If the no of guest is more than 6 then they will have to take 1 more vehicle at an extra cost | If there are 5 or more guests then they are advised to travel with very minimum baggage In case if the number of baggage is more than normal then the guest will have to take 1 more vehicle at an extra cost |
