Ziro valley is located in the northeastern state of Arunachal Pradesh, India. To reach Ziro Valley there are basically 3 different major ways.

1. BY AIR:

The nearest airport to Ziro Valley is in Lilabari, Lakhimpur , Assam, which is about 96 kilometers away. From the airport , you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Ziro Valley.

2. BY TRAIN:

The nearest major railway station is in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh. The distance from Naharlagun is 115 kms approx to Ziro Valley. From Naharlagun you can find a taxi or public buses to Ziro Valley

3. BY ROAD:

Ziro Valley is accesible by road from major cities of Assam like GUWAHATI AND FROM Arunachal Pradesh. You can hire a taxi or take a bus from Guwahati, Itanagar,, Naharlagun etc to Ziro Valley.

Keep in mind that travel permits are required to visit Arunachal Pradesh, including ZiroValley. You will need an INNER LINE PERMIT , which can be obtained from Indian missions abroad, state govt. offices or online through the Arunachal Pradesh govt. website.
